This data is stored locally on your device using our offline-first architecture and synchronized to our secure cloud servers when an internet connection is available.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you access or use our Service, including your device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, time spent on specific functions, crash reports, and general usage patterns. This information helps us improve our Service and provide better user experiences.

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities on our platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Essential cookies required for the operation of the Service cannot be disabled.

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the BizBharat Pro platform and all its features including billing, inventory management, GST compliance, AI analytics, online store functionality, and WhatsApp marketing automation.
• To create and manage your user account, authenticate your identity, and process subscription payments through our payment partners.
• To enable the AI Business Brain features including Business Health Score calculation, Dead Stock Detection, Price Optimization, and Customer Credit Scoring — all of which are processed locally on your device for maximum privacy.
• To synchronize your business data between your local device and our cloud servers, ensuring data availability across multiple devices and providing backup protection.
• To send you transactional communications such as account confirmations, technical notices, security alerts, billing reminders, and support messages.
• To send you marketing communications about new features, promotions, and updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes including GST filing requirements and other statutory obligations.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, and other potentially illegal or prohibited activities.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Offline-First Architecture

BizBharat Pro employs an offline-first architecture where your business data is primarily stored on your local device using IndexedDB technology. This means your data remains accessible and functional even without an internet connection. Data is synchronized to our cloud servers (powered by Turso/LibSQL) only when a network connection is available, using encrypted channels.

3.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3, encryption of data at rest using AES-256, role-based access controls (Owner, Manager, Cashier), regular security audits, and automated backup systems. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

3.3 Data Retention

We retain your personal information and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes such as tax compliance records which must be maintained for the statutory period.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or business data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

BizBharat Pro is a business platform designed for use by adults (18 years of age or older) who own or manage businesses.
