1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all products and services offered by WENSLink Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") through the BizBharat Pro platform, including but not limited to:
- BizBharat Pro subscription plans (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise)
- CA White-Label Dashboard setup and annual renewal fees
- Channel Partner Program commissions and payouts
- Add-on services such as SMS credits, API access, custom integrations
- Any one-time purchases or setup fees associated with the platform
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Free Plan - No Payment, No Refund
BizBharat Pro offers a comprehensive free plan that includes core features such as invoicing, inventory management, basic GST calculations, and party management. Since the Free Plan requires no payment of any kind, no refund applies. You may use the Free Plan indefinitely without any financial obligation. There are no trial period limitations, hidden charges, or automatic upgrades to paid plans. If you wish to access premium features, you may voluntarily upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
3. Paid Subscription Plans
All paid plans are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle at the time of subscription. The following refund terms apply to each billing type:
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your BizBharat Pro dashboard under Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. After cancellation, your access to premium features continues until the end of your current paid period. Your data is never deleted - it remains accessible on the Free Plan.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Administrative fee (10%): ₹249.92
Refund amount: ₹2,249.25 (credited within 5-7 business days)
You purchased the Business Annual plan for ₹5,999/year. After using it for 5 months, you decide to cancel.
Unused months: 7 out of 12
Pro-rated amount: ₹5,999 × (7/12) = ₹3,499.42
Administrative fee (15%): ₹524.91
Refund amount: ₹2,974.51 (credited within 5-7 business days)
4. CA White-Label Dashboard
The CA White-Label Dashboard is a premium offering designed for Chartered Accountant firms who wish to operate BizBharat Pro under their own brand identity. Due to the significant setup and customization work involved, the following refund terms apply:
4.1 One-Time Setup Fee (₹50,000)
The one-time setup fee covers custom domain configuration (DNS, SSL certificate provisioning), white-label branding (logo placement, color theming, email template customization), database provisioning, and initial staff onboarding. Once our technical team begins the setup process (typically within 24 hours of payment), this fee becomes non-refundable.
- Before Setup Begins: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and our team has not yet started any configuration work, you are eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
- Partial Setup: If setup has begun but is not yet complete, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) at our discretion, depending on the work already completed.
- Completed Setup: Once your white-label dashboard is live and accessible, no refund of the setup fee is available under any circumstances.
4.2 Annual Renewal Fee (₹12,000/year)
- Cancel within 7 days of renewal: Full refund if you have not used the platform during the renewal period.
- Cancel after 7 days: Pro-rated refund for unused full months, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Non-renewal: If you choose not to renew, your white-label dashboard will be deactivated 30 days after the renewal date. Your data will be preserved for an additional 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time during this 90-day grace period.
5. Channel Partner Program
The BizBharat Channel Partner Program is free to join and does not require any upfront payment. The following terms apply to commissions and payouts:
- Earned Commissions: Once a commission has been calculated and disbursed to your registered bank account or UPI ID, it is non-reversible. All payouts are final.
- Pending Commissions: Commissions that have been accrued but not yet paid out may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of our Partner Terms. Accrued commissions for legitimate referrals will be paid out even after voluntary account closure, provided there are no outstanding disputes.
- Commission Clawback: If a customer you referred obtains a refund within their cooling-off period, the corresponding commission will be reversed from your next payout. You will be notified via email whenever a clawback occurs.
- Fraudulent Referrals: If we determine that referrals were obtained through fraudulent means (fake signups, self-referrals, incentivized signups that violate our terms), all associated commissions will be reversed, and your partner account will be permanently terminated without appeal.
6. Add-On Services
BizBharat Pro offers various add-on services that may be purchased separately from your subscription plan. The following refund terms apply:
- SMS Credits: Non-refundable once purchased. Unused SMS credits do not expire and remain in your account as long as your subscription is active.
- API Access: Non-refundable once the API key has been generated and activated. If you experience technical issues with the API, our support team will work to resolve them before considering any credit.
- Custom Development: Any custom integration, feature development, or consulting work is billed separately and is non-refundable once work has commenced. A detailed scope of work document will be provided and must be approved before any custom development begins.
- Domain Registration: If we register a custom domain on your behalf (for CA white-label), the domain registration fee is non-refundable as it is paid to the domain registrar.
- Training Sessions: Scheduled training sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. No-shows are non-refundable. Recorded training materials are provided at no additional cost.
7. How to Request a Refund
We have designed our refund process to be as simple and transparent as possible. Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

- Provide Required Information: Include your registered email address or phone number, subscription plan name, date of payment, reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant screenshots or documentation.

- Review: Our billing team will review your request within 24-48 hours and determine refund eligibility based on this Policy.
- Decision: You will receive an email with the refund decision, including the approved refund amount (if applicable) and the expected processing timeline.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Confirmation: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction reference number.
8. Service Level Agreement & Downtime Credits
BizBharat Pro is committed to maintaining high availability and reliable performance. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

To claim a downtime credit, email support@bizbharatpro.com within 30 days of the incident with the dates and times of the outage. Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle unless you explicitly request a refund (available only for 72+ hour outages).
8.2 Exclusions from SLA
The following situations are not covered by our SLA and do not qualify for downtime credits:
- Scheduled maintenance (communicated 48 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet backbone failures)
- Issues caused by the user's own infrastructure, internet connection, or device
- Third-party service outages (payment gateways, SMS providers, government APIs)
- Security-related emergency maintenance to protect user data
9. Data Retention After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, your data is handled as follows:
- Subscription Downgrade to Free: All your data (invoices, products, parties, transactions) remains fully accessible on the Free Plan. No data is deleted. Premium features are simply disabled.
- Account Deletion Request: If you explicitly request complete account deletion, your data enters a 30-day grace period during which you can reverse the decision. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers, including all backups.
- Legal Retention: Certain financial records (GST invoices, tax-related data) may be retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law (Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST Act, 2017), even after account deletion. These records are stored in anonymized form.
- Data Export: At any time, you may export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF) from Settings > Data > Export. We recommend exporting your data before requesting account deletion.
10. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve all refund-related matters amicably and efficiently. However, if you are not satisfied with a refund decision, the following escalation path is available:
- Level 1 - Support Team: Initial refund requests are handled by our customer support team at support@bizbharatpro.com. Response time: 12-24 hours.
- Level 2 - Billing Manager: If you are unsatisfied with the Level 1 response, request escalation to the Billing Manager. Response time: 24-48 hours.
- Level 3 - Legal Team: For formal disputes, contact legal@bizbharatpro.com. Our legal team will review your case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
- External Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may initiate mediation through an independent mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund, the following will apply:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
- We will provide evidence to the payment processor that the charge was legitimate.
- If the chargeback is ruled in our favor, your account will be reactivated only after the disputed amount is settled.
- Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
- We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@bizbharatpro.com before initiating a chargeback. Our refund process is faster and simpler than a bank dispute.
12. Changes to This Policy
WENSLink Private Limited reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:
- Post the updated Policy on this page with a new "Last Reviewed" date.
- Send an email notification to all active subscribers at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- Display an in-app notification when you next log in to BizBharat Pro.
Your continued use of BizBharat Pro after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund under the terms that were in effect at the time of your original purchase.
